Shaza Makkah Hotel has an amazing service and a warm atmosphere. The breakfast is lovely, making it a top choice in Makkah. It's one of my go-to hotel and among the best in the cityhighly recommended! Value for Money!!!

My husband and I spent a lovely 3 nights at Shaza Makkah hotel. The rooms were immaculate and spacious, we had a partial haram view which was lovely The bathroom was great, great selection of amenities, clean and powerful rainfall and normal shower. Distance from haram was perfect, 5 minute downhill walk however probably takes you another 3-5 minutes to get to main gate 79. Hotel has shuttle service which runs regularly and takes you to main haram gate which was a nice feature. Walking back is uphill walk and takes about 5-10 mins (depending on fitness and heat!). Breakfast was delicious, different items each day. Mosque in the hotel which follows haram was spacious and clean. Overall great stay and well definitely be back again Wed like to express a special thanks to our housekeeper Hasan Shalimar who kept our room clean and tidy and was always professional and polite. Also Mahmoud in the lobby, always smiling and making sure we were comfortable, offering us the lovely coffee or hibiscus iced tea. These individuals and their colleagues are the backbone of this grand hotel and we were very grateful for their hospitality

The staff were extremely nice. Especially Hassan and Bilal from first floor Shalimar lounge. We got 50% off discounts so we ate for 3 days at the lounge, where the food was so wholesome!

Very clean hotel Breakfast selection was amazing & lots to choose from. Staff are helpful The wheelchair was accessible at the hotel which made life easier for the mother in law (The hotel is on a bit of a hill so going down is easy but coming back with a wheelchair is a really workout. But for everyone else is a good hotel) Bus service to the Haram Close to the Haram especially to the new extension

We were welcomed by really friendly staff & shown to our room which for what we paid exceeded our expectations massively. A good thing about this hotel is that its never really busy and the breakfast and lifts are all really quiet which is a relief compared to some hotels which are really busy all the time.

Excellent room service, neat and clean, special thanks to Mr Ali. Classic furniture with beautiful decorations. Easy reach to the ground flour through a multitude of lifts. Breakfast included, so dont search for food nearby, also the dinner in the weekend with affordable price and delicious dishes from Arabian cuisine. The prayer floor with a kids area, so no reason to worry about them during praying. The property isnt far from the Haram, just 10 minutes or less walking, a little bit hard to climb, otherwise it is easy to come and go to Haram without delay. The reception and the restaurant staff are cooperative and informative, neednt ask about anything. An interesting stay, will be my first choice in next visits to Mecca.

- Professional staff - Delicious breakfast - They upgraded our Grand Deluxe Room to a Junior Suite - Thanks to the staff and Jowel the house keeping guy who was very helpful during the stay - Shuttle bus available at prayers time except for Fajr and the driver is so polite
